A network of independently owned auto-body repair centers and dealerships that must meet and maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and offer impressive levels of quality, courtesy, and professionalism.
We work with Customer Research, Inc., an independent third-party company, that conducts consumer surveys to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding our customer expectations. Customer Research Inc. provides us with unbiased feedback from our customers. Customers are asked to rank our shop in the following categories: quality of body work, quality of paint work, if the vehicle was ready when promised, returned in clean condition, courtesy and professionalism, appearance of place of business, and if they would recommend this facility. Customer Research, Inc. then provides us with detailed monthly reports that allows us to monitor our business performance based on how our customer’s satisfaction.
