Our Professional StaffShadow Lake Collision Center is an independent, family-owned repair shop. Owned by Eric and Roma Dawson, Shadow Lake Collision Center's staff has the same training and level of expertise as the Dawson's first location, AA Collision Repair. Our growing staff has the combined experience of over 130 years in the automotive industry. Our office has four full-time employees to serve you, and our shop currently has four fully-certified technicians. Shadow Lake Collision Center can repair virtually any make or model of vehicle and restore to its pre-accident condition. We have excellent relationships with all insurance companies, and pride ourselves on the superior quality of work and excellent customer service that we provide. Eric Dawson
In 1993 Eric moved to Bellevue, Nebraska, and worked as a body technician for three years. He had a tremendous ambition to own his own business but knew he needed management experience first. In 1996 Eric become an estimator and soon moved into management. By working in different collision repair shops, Eric gained the knowledge of what it takes to run a good business. In 2004 Eric and his wife, Roma, had the opportunity to buy AA Collision Repair, which was acknowledged in the industry as the area's premiere collision repair shop. In 2007 Eric and Roma purchased property at Hwy. 370 and 72nd Street in Papillion; in 2008, they opened their second collision repair shop, Shadow Lake Collision Center. Eric is a member of the Suburban Rotary Club of Omaha, the I-80 Cosmopolitan Club, the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, and the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce. Eric is actively involved in raising money to find a cure for diabetes, and helps with many community service projects through his Rotary group. Bill Kruse Originally from Charter Oak, Iowa, he and his wife (an elementary teacher for 31 yrs) live in Glenwood, Iowa. They have two grown children who both reside in the area. Bill enjoys woodworking, car swap meets, and car shows. Bill can be reached at Bill@shadowlakecollision.com |

Jason Thies After living in Phoenix and Colorado, Lincoln-bred Jason Thies has returned to his roots to be close to his family. He and his wife, a third grade teacher, have been married for two years and have a boxer named Raska. Jessie Ramirez A native of El Paso, Texas, Jessie has lived in Omaha for 15 years. The proud mother of two, she spends the majority of her free time watching her two children play sports. Danielle Milczski A native of Plattsmouth, her leisure time is spent with her two children, her husband, family, and friends. Occasionally she has time to play her favorite sport, sand volleyball. |

Jamie Rhoades Jamie is our Chamber of Commerce representative and is also responsible for coordinating our community out-reach programs. Jamie is a Certified Continuing Education Instructor and teaches continuing education classes to insurance agents at Shadow Lake Collision Center. Born in Maryville. Missouri, his family stressed moral principles and business ethics in his upbringing. Eric worked on his family's farm, and performed maintenance on his father's six freight trucks. His first experience in the collision repair business was as a young teenager working in his father's truck collision shop in Des Moines, Iowa. Eric's summers were spent helping technicians work on semi-trucks. In high school he continued his collision repair education at Northwest Missouri Vo-Tec School in Maryville, Missouri.
Our estimator, Bill Kruse, has a 31-yr career in the automotive industry. Formerly a high school teacher, Bill began his career in the field as an appraiser. He then moved to Physical Damage Specialist and managed USAA's Direct Repair Program for three states for 26 yrs. Recently retired, he just couldn't stay away. Bill has joined Shadow Lake Collision Center's staff as chief estimator.
Our second estimator, Jason Thies, also works in the areas of production and parts for Shadow Lake Collision Center. Armed with a degree in Auto Collision from Southeast Community College in Milford, Jason spent seven years with an insurance company serving in the automotive field. 
The first, friendly face you'll see at Shadow Lake Collision Center is that of Jessie Ramirez. Jessie's duties include handling the front desk and checking-in your vehicle. She has been in the automotive field for over eight years and is a certified estimator. She attended the University of Nebraska in Omaha. 
Danielle is the accountant for both AA Collision Repair and Shadow Lake Collision Center. She received her accounting degree from Nebraska College of Business in Omaha and has over eleven years experience as an accounting professional.
Jamie, our marketing representative, interacts with all insurance companies and their agents. She stays informed about all changes in the insurance industry and makes sure that all accredited insurance companies are aware of what's happening at both of our locations.
