We're centrally located in Sarpy County at Hwy. 370 and 72nd St., just north of the entrance to Shadow Lake Towne Center.

Do I have to go to the insurance company's claim center before having my vehicle repaired?
No, you are not required to do so. You can leave your vehicle with us and request that the insurance appraiser visit our facility. We are a member of CertifiedFirst network and have excellent relationships with all major insurance companies.

Do I have to get more than one estimate?
And do I have to use a particular repair shop? Nebraska state law does not require that you obtain more than one estimate. And you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice.

How do I know that my insurance company will work with you?

What if I don't have insurance or I don't want to use the insurance coverage I do have?

What should I look for when choosing a repair shop?
According to I-CAR Gold Class, a consumer should look for a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment, cleanliness, evidence of proper collision repair training, a warranty program, and certified technicians. Shadow Lake Collision Center proudly receives I-Car's top accreditation in all categories listed and a 100% Customer Referral Rate from Customer Research, Inc.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
When you bring your vehicle in for an estimate, a Shadow Lake Collision Center estimator will tell you the length of time it will take to repair your vehicle. In addition, you will receive an explanation of the process to restore your car to its pre-accident condition and an available repair appointment date.

Is the final bill ever different than the estimate?
The final bill could be different if we discover damages that were not apparent in our initial examination of your vehicle. This occasionally happens, and if it does, we contact your insurance company and work out any differences with them. Your deductible stays the same. And, if there are differences discovered, we will alert you so that you are kept up-to-date with all information.

Will I receive a warranty with the repair work?
Yes, at Shadow Lake Collision Center we give our customers a warranty "in writing" with every completed repair. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and this is one of the ways that we demonstrate trust to ensure that satisfaction. Please read our warranty.

How do I obtain a rental while my vehicle is being repaired?
Often times, your policy may contain coverage that includes a rental. If you were not at fault, the other driver's insurance company may be liable for your rental coverage. In either case, we are happy to arrange a rental car for you.
